just booked a few padel courts for next weeks open office in Fred's Inner Circle and it made me think about last months event last month, at the open office day for all clients, something really hit me during the dinner Andreas is about to become a dad Gustav is searching for an apartment with his girlfriend Rasmus & Jonas are looking for their future home big life stuff and huge moves... such seasons of life require lots of peace of mind and stability i recognize the feeling im also looking at houses and scanning the market a few times per week to set some expectations, i've spoken a bit back and forth with the advisor from my bank, Henning mainly around the financial side of things so far, he doesn't seem impressed with record and peak months actually, he couldn't care less all he cares about is how consistent my business is, because without any consistency, theres no security for him so i thought a lot about Henning when i redesigned the financial aspect of digital coffee shop "consistency & stability" was the overall theme
all of this has given me a pretty cool feature: i can finally plan a life around my business because i know what the 1st of next month looks like (and the month after that) if you're about to make a big move in your life such as a house, a hire, a kid or maybe you just want to avoid chasing sales.. then your business model has to be able to carry it record months don't carry anything (and won't impress Henning) boring, predictable months do (and will impress Henning a lot) best, fred ps. i got 2x family vacations in July, and this year, i can actually enjoy them because i know exactly how much i'll make if you'd like the same, and want help with building the boring, predictable version of your business, Fred's Inner Circle opens again in August you can get started for $1,550/month if I feel like it's a good fit all the details can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RSHl7reo6ieQt3uk1FwL8BOr2KMOw6sS_lpW5EbJqH0/edit?usp=sharing |

last week, the ultimate underdog Paraguay knocked out the 2014 champions, Germany, out of the World Cup in the round of 16 a huge upset that no one really saw coming the game ended up in a penalty shootout after 120 minutes of even football imagine walking towards that ball with a whole country depending on you if you miss the final kick, you're destined to be ripped apart in the media the following day but not this time.. Jonathan Tah from Germany missed his penalty and Paraguay advanced...
june is almost over, so i did the usual monthly review my monthly recurring revenue went from $28k to $38k that's a $10k difference compared to May not impressive at all if you're chasing peak months and big screenshots... it's literally 1 client (i used to offer a $10,5k mentorship paid upfront 6 months ago) but i don't chase peak months anymore my first coaching business had +$200k cash months i've had $80-90k months cash collected with the digital coffee shop record months, big dopamine...
"Please Scale" Frederik Pahuus Be sure to always design your business first, and accept the life it gives you. Taking a sales call at 6pm is way more fun than having dinner with your partner of 7 years. She'll love you more because of it. If you had taken the call the next day, the deal would never have gone through. Impossible! And those Slack messages you answer on Saturday morning are super useful for your clients, it makes sure they can work all weekend instead of resting, thinking and...
