im spending God's day on reviewing some numbers we haven't missed a single upload since May 1st, here's the stats i got around 23,000 followers on instagram my youtube channel has 8,600 subs and then we got my tiny email list of 1,200 people it's only 5% of my Instagram audience and 14% of my YouTube subs most people would look at my email list number and think i'm doing something wrong but im very intentional with who ends up on my email list (thanks for being here) i don't give away freebies, i don't run any ads to it and i rarely mention it on my other socials it's simply linked in my descriptions and bios im also very clear on the fact that i'll send an email every day a promise that typically would scare more people away than it would attract it ensures one thing the people who sign up are quality people since may 1st, when i relaunched the digital coffee shop, every single client i've signed (except one) came through email not Instagram with 23,000 people watching but the email list with around 1,200 people reading on a 57% open rate would the email list convert without Instagram and YouTube? hell no my three main platforms have three different roles i'll talk about the importance of having multiple ways to serve your audience on IG then i'll refer to a 20 minute breakdown of my own Menu Card on my YT channel last but not least, i'll ask my email list if they'd like some help with building their own before people can buy something, they'll have to buy into something they buy into the idea of a $500k/year profit Digital Coffee Shop they buy into the idea of having a Menu Card they buy into the idea of Show Don't Tell and then they buy a spot in Fred's Inner Circle i spend the majority of my time on my ideas, then the last 10% on packaging the idea into an offer unique ideas is the fastest way to stand out ideas first, offers second best, fred p.s if you've bought the idea of having a Digital Coffee Shop, you know the next step: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RSHl7reo6ieQt3uk1FwL8BOr2KMOw6sS_lpW5EbJqH0/edit?usp=sharing |
I write about unique mechanisms, my marketing philosophy "Show Don't Tell" and content ecosystems. I send an email every morning on the journey from $500k/year to $2m/year while following my rules.

last week, the ultimate underdog Paraguay knocked out the 2014 champions, Germany, out of the World Cup in the round of 16 a huge upset that no one really saw coming the game ended up in a penalty shootout after 120 minutes of even football imagine walking towards that ball with a whole country depending on you if you miss the final kick, you're destined to be ripped apart in the media the following day but not this time..
