last year i published 114 YouTube videos in a row

not on my main channel

but on a dedicated "daily updates channel"

every single day for 3,5 months i followed the same structure..

• 10 mins of strategy

114 days straight

every video got around 150 views

but it was some of the best onehundoandfifty views i've ever gotten

so i'm bringing the channel back

1 - I want to show people what consistency looks like

i upload 2 videos every week on my main channel

now, i also upload 1 video every day on my second channel

so, im playing the game by its rules and starting to go more broad on my main

the daily update video takes care of the nurturing aspect

so i can be busy becoming the next Mr Beast on my main account

3 - the math

i spend around 25 minutes a day on each video

title, thumbnail, recording & upload

every video takes 25 mins and i've done 116 in total so far

that's 48 hours of work

which has given me 938 hours of watch time

that's a 19,5x return on my time

last year, i DIRECTLY attributed 2 new clients from the channel

2x $9,5k paid in fulls (my old offer)

that's an hourly rate of $400 ($19,000 divided by 48)

an additional 5 current clients have mentioned the channel
