this week has been busier than usual i've had an extra 6 hours of 1on1 calls with the new folks for Fred's Inner Circle starting on the 1st of June as a result, i've had a few longer days at the office the first to notice is never myself it's my girlfriend so last night at dinner, she asked me: "is it because you're doing so many different things now?" i was a bit confused, so she followed up pretty fast "yeah, with the menucard, there's so many different things on it" i smiled, said no and explained the onboarding reason behind the busy week but her question reminded me a lot about my email inbox because most people thinks the same way as my girlfriend, Ida more offers = more deliverables = more hours = more complexity makes logical sense in a traditional ascension model that we're all used to but the Menu Card is the opposite the core product stays the same, the only difference is the level of access a small handful of folks got my private calendar for on demand 1:1 calls the majority works with me in a group setting others just use my tools and trainings on their own some gets a workshop ticket here and there an example of the flow could be the workshop i built yesterday for my clients in fred's inner circle it resulted in a 10-page document with templates and information on injecting, protecting and securing revenue during the hardest months of the year in coaching/consulting it's the same training, just delivered differently the inner circle people got it on a group call where we ended with questions, feedback and examples then i uploaded it into the classroom where people with access to my tools and trainings can consume it on their own time and for the people who work with me 1:1, we install it together based on their specific situation it's the same beans, just served in different ways the higher level of access, the higher price the menu card doesn't give me more work, it gives me more control over my time i can cycle between the offers that require more energy and the ones that don't i can build something once and let it serve multiple groups in the way that fits them best the assumption is that more offers means more chaos but the reality is that more offers means more optionality - for you and for them that's the difference between a menu card that traps you and one that frees you today, im going home a bit earlier and picking up Ida from her studies at 1pm enjoy your weekend!! best, fred P.S. there's 1 spot left for Fred's Inner Circle for the 1st of June. If you'd like to work with me, just reply with "CIRCLE" and i'll send the details your way. This invitation goes down when June 5th hits or the spot gets filled. Whichever happens first. |

when i lived in sunny dubai and my business did $217,000 per month, i didn't feel very rich last month, my business only did 1/4 of that number the taxman takes half of it i only see the sun twice per year in denmark and yet i've never felt richer the digital coffee shop model wasn't designed to make me rich in cash fast if I wanted a quick jump in revenue, i could've picked the restaurant on the other side of the road they serve a money back guarantee together with a nice video sales letter...
when you focus more on ideas and philosophy rather than offers and guarantees, this is what happens: i sent my offer document to a guy who showed interest in working with me yesterday everything looked great, he just had 1 question: "Do you have examples of companies you've worked with that are not working with other coaches/consultants to help them grow? I know this is an annoying question, it's just that I have been burned before by people who were "selling the shovel." fair question, i've...
