4,200 minutes every day

in the month of may, i've averaged 70 hours of watch time on youtube every single day

that's 4,200 minutes

210,000 minutes for the entire month

it's not time spent with me where I dance on TikTok (you wish)

that's people sitting down with me and listening to me talking about The Small Stories Framework, Financial Engineering, Why I Moved Back Home and The Digital Coffee Shop for 70 hours every day

and here's what happened because of it

$200,706 in contracted deals with $45k in cash collected and the remaining in MRR (no paid in full options these days)

money is cool, but the best part was HOW

0!!!! sales calls

yes - the offer document is battle tested and it's a great offer, but YouTube did the heavy lifting..

because the people who showed up already spoke my language

they didn't ask "can you help me with my offer?"

they said: "i want my own menucard"

throughout the email conversations I had with these people, they threw around my words like they've been in the dictionary for decades

"hey Fred, is the coffee beans open for sale? ☕️"

"i love show don't tell, can you help me build that into my content?"

if you combine unique mechanisms, innovation and 70 hours of watch time per day, this is what you get

by the time people apply to work with you, they're not starting from zero..

they're halfway through the onboarding already since you're the only person in this world who can serve them what they want

and that's the core difference between selling and attracting

selling is telling someone they need what you have

attracting is showing them how you see the world until they can't unsee it either

the most beautiful part is that you don't need many views

you need the right views on the right videos

and even better: if you're already posting on Instagram, Linkedin or any social media platform, YouTube will accelerate even faster!

as an example, my client Tom got 32 views on his second ever video and it brought him 2 clients (not normal, but possible)

best, fred

P.S: in Fred's Inner Circle, we're doubling down on YouTube in the month of June as a group. We go through the entire process together, step by step following my frameworks. I'll personally review all titles, thumbnails, intros and scripts.

All members will be ready for their summer vacation in July with 2-4 new videos posted that will do the heavy lifting.

We are a tight community of 19 awesome coaches, consultants and agency owners.

Would you like to get the details? If yes, just reply "COFFEE" and i'll send it your way.

This invitation goes away on the 1st of June.

when i lived in sunny dubai and my business did $217,000 per month, i didn't feel very rich last month, my business only did 1/4 of that number the taxman takes half of it i only see the sun twice per year in denmark and yet i've never felt richer the digital coffee shop model wasn't designed to make me rich in cash fast if I wanted a quick jump in revenue, i could've picked the restaurant on the other side of the road they serve a money back guarantee together with a nice video sales letter...

when you focus more on ideas and philosophy rather than offers and guarantees, this is what happens: i sent my offer document to a guy who showed interest in working with me yesterday everything looked great, he just had 1 question: "Do you have examples of companies you've worked with that are not working with other coaches/consultants to help them grow? I know this is an annoying question, it's just that I have been burned before by people who were "selling the shovel." fair question, i've...

this week has been busier than usual i've had an extra 6 hours of 1on1 calls with the new folks for Fred's Inner Circle starting on the 1st of June as a result, i've had a few longer days at the office the first to notice is never myself it's my girlfriend so last night at dinner, she asked me: "is it because you're doing so many different things now?" i was a bit confused, so she followed up pretty fast "yeah, with the menucard, there's so many different things on it" i smiled, said no and...
