Today marks both a sad and a great day. The sad part is that Søren, my client (now friend) of 1,5 years, is leaving and continuing on his own. The great part is that I fulfilled my ultimate goal: to make sure that none of my clients ever “needs” me. “Need” holds no place in business and life. Søren doesn’t need me anymore, and to be honest, he hasn’t needed me for the last 4-6 months (don’t tell him I said that). My role in our 1on1 calls switched from coaching and consulting, to reassuring and confirming the implementations and ideas Søren brought up. So I knew this day was coming. I feel like a proud dad. 1,5 years ago, I shook the hand of a jacked guy, who was smiling from ear to ear, even though he was working every hour of the day just to clear $7k in monthly revenue. Of course he was smiling, he made a living from his ultimate passion. But, there was no structure, no clear acquistion system and not a single numbers got tracked (except for his macros) Today, I say goodbye to a (still) jacked and (still) wholesome guy, who now makes $60k/month with an amazing team and culture. He still makes a living from his passion, now, just with a 10x bigger impact. The business is well structured, his calendar allows him to work on the most scaleable and enjoyable tasks, he has a predictable acquisition system that runs at a 9-12x ROAS and he is tracking every single KPI (still, also his macros). What a journey. Personally, I don’t care about the numbers. The money is just a bi-product of the person that Søren has turned into along the way, and that’s what im the most proud of. Søren, thank you for trusting me and good luck on your next chapter. I can't believe how blessed I am to do these things for a living. All the love Fred |

wednesday is one of my 3 days every week where i talk to clients i want to take you through one of the convos, since it's a pattern i experience every week this client and i ended up arguing about why he should stop doing certain tasks that is no longer worth his time he is currently doing $35k in MRR and he wants to double that within the year his only 1,5 month old paid ads setup is working incredibly well its turning $1 into $10... in MRR... but whenever he has some "free time" he defaults...

Yesterday, Tobias and I grabbed a sandwich, a white monster and a notebook, then hopped in the car and set the location for Toftum Bjerge. It’s a 25 minute drive from my hometown, and a place my family often visits for a nice walk. It's beautiful. Outside of the essentials (white monster), we also brought a camera and a microphone. Most importantly: NO scripts or teleprompters. They are banned in Toftum Bjerge, you will be sent straight to jail if you’re seen using a teleprompter there. The...
