I paid $18,000 just to watch 3%

In December, I stopped working with my mentor.

We had our last call together in January to part ways and I thanked him for his guidance.

Just for fun, I checked how much of his program that I had actually watched.

3%.

I paid $18,000 btw.

That’s $6,000 for every 1%.

“Yeah Fred, but then you probably attended all the group calls and kept everyone waiting because you had 5 questions every call..”

I attended 1 group call.

And yet, I am the world’s happiest customer.

Not because of the AMOUNT of information I got, but because I got the RIGHT information.

Contextualized information.

Information that made sense to my offer, my bottlenecks, my version of a dream business, my strengths, my weaknesses, my… you get the point.

A 22 hour video course doesn’t give me that.

It’s just information.

And as we all know by now, information only holds value in the context in which it’s provided.

The right information provided at the right time with enough context results in 4 things happening:

Clarity (why)
Implementation (how)
Direction (where)
Speed (when)

If your clients always know where they are going, how they are getting there, why it matters and when they’ll arrive, then they will never leave your side.

Trust me, my renewal rate is 72%.

If you are a coach or consultant with a video course, try to check your average completion rate.

(don’t do it before bedtime, then you’ll have a nightmare)

It’s probably the same % as your renewal rate.

That one hurts.

Don’t worry, there is another option.

I’ll show you the new way on the 1st of April with as much excitement as Bertha when she shows me a new toy.

It’s a lot btw.

People on my waitlist will be notified first.

Best, Fred

wednesday is one of my 3 days every week where i talk to clients i want to take you through one of the convos, since it's a pattern i experience every week this client and i ended up arguing about why he should stop doing certain tasks that is no longer worth his time he is currently doing $35k in MRR and he wants to double that within the year his only 1,5 month old paid ads setup is working incredibly well its turning $1 into $10... in MRR... but whenever he has some "free time" he defaults...

Yesterday, Tobias and I grabbed a sandwich, a white monster and a notebook, then hopped in the car and set the location for Toftum Bjerge. It’s a 25 minute drive from my hometown, and a place my family often visits for a nice walk. It's beautiful. Outside of the essentials (white monster), we also brought a camera and a microphone. Most importantly: NO scripts or teleprompters. They are banned in Toftum Bjerge, you will be sent straight to jail if you’re seen using a teleprompter there. The...
